Andrew Booth is a Registered Professional Biologist, International Society of Aboriculture Certified Arborist, and certified tree risk assessor with 22 years experience in environmental and forestry consulting. Key projects in which Andrew has been involved include the Site C Powerhouse and Spillway Project, the Port Mann Highway 1 Expansion Project, the Seymour-Capilano Twin Tunnels Project, and the award winning Jimmie Creek Hydroelectric Project.
Andrew has extensive experience in environmental management, environmental and construction monitoring, for large and small scale construction projects. As a Registered Professional Biologist and ISA Certified Arborist his strengths include vegetation inventory, tree risk assessment, windthrow likelihood assessment, biological baseline surveying, environmental impact assessment, species at risk assessment, song bird and raptor nest surveys, permitting, riparian setback determination, wildlife and aquatic salvage, arborist assessments, and monitoring of construction works in marine, freshwater, and terrestrial environments.

Jason Baird is a Registered Professional Biologist and technical expert in fisheries and aquatics with over 20 years of experience as and environmental consultant for government and private industry across Western and Northern Canada. Mr. Baird has been involved in a wide variety of high-profile projects over the span of his career including the Evergreen Line Rapid Transit Project in the Lower Mainland, the Dokie Wind Energy Project in Chetwynd, BC, and the Taseko Prosperity Mining Project in the Chilcotin region of BC.
Jason’s expertise lies primarily in leading/conducting baseline fish/aquatic surveys and impact assessments. Some of his core technical strengths include characterizing fish community structure, populations and fish habitat and collecting and evaluating primary and secondary aquatic diversity, productivity and overall health. Jason also has extensive experience regarding environmental requirements for road and highways projects including baseline fisheries data collection and analysis, environmental impact assessment, environmental permitting, and habitat offsetting.
Jason has completed numerous environmental permit applications under the BC Water Sustainability Act, the federal Fisheries Act, and municipal bylaws, and has conducted extensive aquatic habitat studies in support of hydropower, transportation, oil and gas, mining, and wind energy industries.
